Support and Download additional Years
Additional support and download update years can be purchased up to 1 month after a support period has expired.
This entitles the purchaser to:
1. Download product updates
2. Request support via the help desk.
Things to note:
1. No new licenses will be issued with update purchases.
2. Updates can only be purchased if the buyer has already previously purchased the full product.
3. Buyers have 1 month after a support/ download update period to purchase a update.
4. Buyers are not notified that a support/ download update period has expired unless they purchase an update which automatically creates a new invoice at the end of a support period.
5. Purchasing an download/ support period extension is only needed if you have purchased the 'single' 'one-off' payment license.
5. If a purchaser has an active 'monthly' lease license no additional purchases are required. Updates will be available for as long as the lease license is active.
6. If a purchaser has more than one license, the update package must be purchased for each license. Failure to do so if updates are applied to sites other than the one the update has been purchased for will invalidate ALL users licenses. Licenses may be revoked and new licenses will need to be purchased in order to continue to use the product.
Failure to purchase a download/ support period extension:
1. Failure to purchase a download/ support period extension will not affect your license. You will still have full use of your software.
2. Failure to purchase a download/ support period extension within the 1 month period will mean in order to continue to update the software, the purchaser will need to purchase a new full license.
