Sitepanel License Agreement

LICENSE GRANT
"You", "the user, and "the owner" means the person or company who is licensed to use this software. "We", "us", "the seller" and "our" means the writers of this software. "SitePanel3", "SitePanel", "the software", "SP" and "SP3" is the software to which this license pertains.

DISCLAIMER
The software and all files associated with it are provided on an 'as is' basis, without any warranties as to performance or efficiency of this application. We are not liable for any information posted or in any way expressed by users of this software. The owner must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited to product replacement only.

We may occassionaly contact users of the software via the email address provided during the sign up process.

AGREEMENT
By installing and running the software on any computer including but not limited to, work computer, server or on any shared server environment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Each license grant allows you to run one instance of this product on one web server and one web site for each license purchased.

All copyright notices within design templates and script headers must remain unchanged. Users may modify the software in any way they see fit, however resale of the applicaton is illegal unless you have a reseller account and written consent to do so. Any distribution or usage of the software without payment is illegal. The software is not distributed as freeware, shareware or open-source. The software may not be used for anything that would represent or is associated with an Intellectual Property Violation, including, but not limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.

We assert ourselves to be identified as the authors of this software and the sole owners of the original source code.

If any terms are violated, we reserve the right to revoke the license at any time. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. This license is governed by the laws of Great Britain.
